I will ensure that my player's equipment is complete, safe and in good condition.

I will prohibit unacceptable conduct either on the sidelines or on the field.

I will abide by the intent and not just the letter of league rules. Rules are instituted for the protection and enjoyment of the players, not to give an edge to one team over another.

I will organize practices that are fun and challenging for my players.

I will familiarize myself with the rules, techniques and strategies of soccer.

I will encourage all players to be team players.

I will be prepared. I will not ask anything of my players, other coaches, executive and parents that I do not ask and expect of myself.
